As a chef with twenty-five years’ experience, Jocelyn has consistently succeeded in proving herself to be a valuable addition to the culinary industry. She have traveled thousands of kilometers to expand my culinary knowledge & experience to an international level. She has studied both food & wine extensively & considers herself to be a perpetual teacher & student of these subjects.
Over the past twenty years, she has remained passionate about the culinary arts. She believes in a strong work ethic, organisation & perseverance to achieve goals. Her creative ability to allows her to embellish culinary creations. She loves environments that are stimulating & challenging. Jocelyn is the head of growth and eduction at Food Jams.
