An intimate, cozy evening at Feastivity in Joburg, inspired by the heart of the braai. Expect succulent boerewors skewers with chakalaka relish, chargrilled beef bulgogi with chimichurri, and pap tart layered with cheese, tomato, and herbs. On the side: smoky mielies with garlic butter and fire-baked potbrood with honey butter. For dessert, koeksisters and malva pudding pots bring nostalgic warmth.
