The Food Jams team handles everything. You arrive, settle in with a drink and a snack, and get introduced to your team and your ingredients. From there, the kitchen takes over. There's music, movement between stations, recipes to follow or freestyle from, and a pantry stocked with everything you could need.

Do guests need any cooking experience?
None at all. The Signature Jam is designed for every skill level. The Food Jams team guides the experience from start to finish, so whether your group is full of home cooks or people who burn toast, everyone finds their place in the kitchen.
How long does the Signature Jam last?
The full experience runs 3.5 hours, from welcome drink to final feast.
What's included in the price?
Everything. Welcome drink and snack, all fresh ingredients, a fully stocked pantry, tools and equipment, the long-table feast, plated dessert, full event coordination, and dietary catering. You arrive and enjoy — there's nothing to organise on the day.
Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Yes. Dietary needs are catered for as part of the experience. Let the Food Jams team know when you enquire and they'll make sure everyone is taken care of.
Can we choose our menu theme?
Yes. You can choose from Mediterranean, Asian Fusion, Fiesta Latina, or a Chef's Choice Global Tour when you book.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as possible, especially for weekend slots and larger groups. Popular dates fill up quickly.
Can we add drinks or a bar?
