This Father's Day, fire up the flavour with our Sticky Lamb Ribs. Slow-cooked to tender perfection, then glazed in a finger-licking mix of sweet, saucy. This recipe isn’t just a meal, it’s a statement - bold, messy, unapologetically delicious… just like Dad!

Serve it with crunchy slaw, a cold beer, and a whole lot of napkins. Because Father’s Day should taste as epic as he is.

Pro tip: Double the batch. He’ll want seconds, and thirds!

Ingredients

1kg lamb ribs

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon grated ginger

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and lemon juice.

Place lamb ribs in a baking dish and brush with the sticky sauce.

Cover with foil and bake for 2-3 hours or until tender.

Remove foil and increase oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).

Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until caramelized.

Serve with additional sauce for dipping
