Meet Rooibos, South Africa’s Soulful Brew
Homegrown in the Cederberg mountains of the Western Cape, rooibos (Afrikaans for “red bush”) is a naturally caffeine-free herbal tea steeped in South African heritage. Its smooth, earthy flavour and gentle sweetness, may be sipped slowly at sunrise or poured into cocktails, reduced into a syrup, or steeped into sauces and desserts.
It adds a warm depth and a touch of nostalgia to every dish, but the best part? It’s packed with antioxidants and gentle on the system, making it a feel-good ingredient in every way.

Ingredients
Rooibos Tea (chilled)
Fresh Lemon Juice
Fresh Naartjie Juice
Honeybush Syrup
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and shake-it-up.
Pour in a glass with ice.
Top up with water.
