Ingredients
1kg lamb ribs
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and lemon juice.
Place lamb ribs in a baking dish and brush with the sticky sauce.
Cover with foil and bake for 2-3 hours or until tender.
Remove foil and increase oven temperature to 400°F (200°C).
Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until caramelized.
Serve with additional sauce for dipping
